Return & Replacement Policy

At Haus of Aaviya, each product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. As our products are curated fashion items, we follow a strict return policy outlined below.

We accept returns or replacements ONLY in case of a damaged product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The customer must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unpacking video, recorded from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully shown. Videos with cuts, pauses, fast-forwarding, or any form of editing will not be accepted.
  • The video’s should:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly show the sealed package
    • Capture the entire unboxing process
    • Clearly display the damaged product

Without an unpacking video, no return or replacement request will be accepted.

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Size or style preferences
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Minor weaving / finishing variations inherent to handcrafted products
  • Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests without a valid unpacking video
  • Used, altered, or washed products
  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear unpacking video
    • Photos of the damaged area
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days
  4. A refund via UPI or Bank transfer or store credit will be issued (no cash refunds) once we receive the product and team verified and accepted.
  • In case of approved damage claims, return shipping will be coordinated by Haus of Aaviya.
  • Customer has to courier the product back to us, Courier charges will be reimbursed after product verification and accepted by team.
  • Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted
